Refund policy
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought up with USPS. If the package is redirected to us we will absolutely resend it to you!
IF there is an issue with product quality we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email within 7 days of the delivery date at info@craftedology.com.
